  • 500 ml - whipping cream
  • 100 ml - milk
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp - nutmeg powder
  • a pinch of saffron
  • 1 cup - milk powder

How to Make Bansudi

  • Bring the whipping cream and milk to boil together.
  • Add nutmeg powder and saffron and keep boiled on medium heat for about 15 minutes, slowly adding the milk powder.
  • Keep stirring to prevent lumps.
  • Remove from the flame. When the mixture cools, add sugar and stir well.
  • Chill it before serving.
