This tasty bread pudding is made with simple kitchen ingredients and sure you'll want to lick the dish clean.

Ingredients

  • 10 - bread slices
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar (powdered in grinder)
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/3 cup - broken Walnuts or tutti frutti
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • Butter - 1tsp.
  • How to Make Basic Bread Pudding:

    1. Soak the bread slices in milk and mash into a pulp.
    2. Add in the sugar, egg and essence and mix well.
    3. Finally add in the walnuts or tutti frutti and mix lightly.
    4. Put into a covered greased dish and steam in pressure cooker for 20 mins.
    5. When cool, invert the dish on to a plate.
