Ingredients

  • 4 - boiled eggs
  • 3 cup - basmati Rice
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - clove-cinnamon powder mixture
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • How to Make Basic Egg Biryani:

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Add the cumin, ginger and garlic paste.
    3. Fry for a short while.
    4. Add the chopped onion, fry till oil separates
    5. Add spices - clove, cinnamon powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
    6. Mix in the rice and the eggs
    7. Ready to serve
