Ingredients

  • 1 liter - Milk
  • 1.5 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1.5 tbsp - g.m.s powder (softener)
  • 8 tbsp - Sugar (or as per taste)
  • 1/8th tsp - cmc (stabilizer)
  • How to Make Basic Ice Cream:

    1. Keep aside one cup milk.
    2. Boil the rest of the milk.
    3. Reduce the milk to half its quantity.
    4. In the kept aside cold milk add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    5. Gradually add this mixture to the boiling milk.
    6. Mix and give it 2 to 3 boils.
    7. Remove from gas and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool.
    8. Pour in a plastic/ tin container.
    9. Cover with a cling film/ aluminium foil.
    10. Close the lid and put it into the freezer to set.
    11. When it sets you
