Ingredients

  • 2 - medium cucumbers, diced
  • 25 to 30 - fresh Basil leaves, washed
  • 3 to 4 pinches - dried oregano/mint, powdered
  • 1/2 - Lemon juice, extracted
  • 2 to 3 pinches - fresh ground white pepper
  • 400 ml - chilli water
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Basil-Cucumber Combo

  • Put all the ingredients in mixer, except water. Run, till mixture is smooth and lump less.
  • Add water, whisk till smooth again, and frothy.
  • Pour into individual glasses, garnish if desired.
