  • 250 g - Wheat flour
  • 100 g - plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Yeast
  • warm water (about 1 glass)
  • How to Make Batbout:

    1. Mix both flours together, add salt and yeast. Then add warm water little by little until you get a soft dough.
    2. Divide the dough into big balls, then roll the balls on floured surface into circles of 5 cm diameter and 4 mm thickness.
    3. Cook on hot tawa until the batbout is cooked and becomes rosy brown.
