Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - boneless Chicken
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 4 tbsp - plain flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Batter Fried Chicken (Crispy version):

    1. Parboil the chicken in a little water and a pinch of salt.
    2. Strain and reserve the stock.
    3. Make a batter with all the ingredients with a little of the chicken stock.
    4. Heat oil in a pan.
    5. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter one at a time and Deep Fried till golden brown.
    6. Serve hot.
