  • 2 - chicken, total 8 pieces
  • 4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 5 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • How to Make Batter Fried Chicken:

    1. Beat each chicken piece with a large knife or cleaver and then flatten with a rolling pin.
    2. Marinate the flattened chicken with the pepper powder, salt and lime juice and keep aside for one hour.
    3. Mix in the corn flour and one tbsp butter.
    4. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry each chicken piece separately on medium heat till tender.
    5. After all the pieces are fried put them back in the pan, add 2 tbsp butter and saute the chicken for about 5 mins on low heat.
    6. Serve.
