Ingredients

  • 200 g - string beans
  • 1 - small cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 - onions, chopped finely
  • A few - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander power
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Beans And Cauliflower In Tomato Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
    2. When they splutter add the curry leaves and onions and fry till golden brown.
    3. Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and garlic paste and saute for a few mins
    4. Now add the beans and cauliflower and mix well. Add half cup water and stir.
    5. Cook on low heat for a few minutes till the beans and cauliflower are cooked.
