Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beans
  • 1/2 kg - Carrot
  • 1 cup - finely sliced Onion
  • 1 cup - finely cut Tomato
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Beans Carrot Tomato Curry:

    1. Cut the beans and carrot into thin long pieces and boil them.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the onions. Add the tomato and ginger-garlic paste.
    3. When the tomatoes are cooked, add the beans and carrot.
    4. Add chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
    5. This can be used as a side dish for rotis and dosa.
