Ingredients

  • Beans, chopped - 1 cup
  • Coconut, grated - 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Beans Curry

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, then add beans.
  • Close the pan with the lid and let the beans cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Now stir the beans till the water in it evaporates.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  • Stir for one more minute and then add grated coconut.
  • Serve it with rotis or rice.
