Ingredients

  • Beans, chopped - 1 cup
  • Coconut, grated - 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Beans Curry:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan.
    2. Add cumin seeds, then add beans.
    3. Close the pan with the lid and let the beans cook for about 10 minutes.
    4. Now stir the beans till the water in it evaporates.
    5. Add ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
    6. Stir for one more minute and then add grated coconut.
    7. Serve it with rotis or rice.
