Ingredients

  • 400 gms - French beans, threads removed, cut into strips, cooked to crunchy stage
  • 4 capsicums, cut into strips
  • 2 onions, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - Cream
  • 2 tbsp - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Beans in yoghurt:

    1. Mix beans, capsicums and onions with oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic paste and salt. Toss and chill.
    2. Blend all sauce ingredients and chill.
    3. Before serving, pour sauce over vegetables in a suitable pattern and serve chilled.
