Ingredients

  • 400 gms - French beans, threads removed, cut into strips, cooked to crunchy stage
  • 4 capsicums, cut into strips
  • 2 onions, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - Cream
  • 2 tbsp - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Beans in yoghurt

  • Mix beans, capsicums and onions with oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic paste and salt. Toss and chill.
  • Blend all sauce ingredients and chill.
  • Before serving, pour sauce over vegetables in a suitable pattern and serve chilled.
