Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - boiled Potato
  • 1 tbsp - boiled beans
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - cumin
  • 1 pinch rai (mustard seed)
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 pinch - Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch - Haldi powder
  • 1 pinch - dhania/coriander powder
  • Salt - for taste
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Beans Roll:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
    2. Add chopped onions and saute till it becomes brown.
    3. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato. Stir fry for 2 mins.
    4. Now add rest dry masalas including salt and fresh tomato ketchup.
    5. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
    6. Add the bean and potatoes and mix well.
    7. Cook for 2-3 mins more.
    8. Add coriander to garnish.
    9. Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
