Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - boiled Potato
  • 1 tbsp - boiled beans
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - cumin
  • 1 pinch rai (mustard seed)
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 pinch - Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch - Haldi powder
  • 1 pinch - dhania/coriander powder
  • Salt - for taste
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Beans Roll

  • Heat oil in a pan, add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
  • Add chopped onions and saute till it becomes brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Now add rest dry masalas including salt and fresh tomato ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  • Add the bean and potatoes and mix well.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins more.
  • Add coriander to garnish.
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
