Ingredients

  • 1 cup - soya chunks
  • 1 cup - chopped beans
  • 1 spring - Curry leaves
  • Pinch - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 3/4 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • A pinch - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 4 tbsp - thick Coconut Milk
  • How to Make Beans soya kheema masala:

    1. Soak soya chunks in hot water, for an hour
    2. Squeeze excess water, rinse in cold water and squeeze the water thoroughly.
    3. Blend coarsely.
    4. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, splutter mustard, cumin, add curry leaves
    5. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a min.
    6. Add beans, soya, kheema, salt and turmeric
    7. Fry on a medium high for about 4 mins
    8. Add red chilli powder, garam masala. Mix well and fry for 3 mins more.
    9. Pour the coconut milk, cover and cook on a low flame till the beans are fully done and almost dry.
    10. | Serve hot.
