How to Make Beans soya kheema masala

  • Soak soya chunks in hot water, for an hour
  • Squeeze excess water, rinse in cold water and squeeze the water thoroughly.
  • Blend coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, splutter mustard, cumin, add curry leaves
  • Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a min.
  • Add beans, soya, kheema, salt and turmeric
  • Fry on a medium high for about 4 mins
  • Add red chilli powder, garam masala. Mix well and fry for 3 mins more.
  • Pour the coconut milk, cover and cook on a low flame till the beans are fully done and almost dry.
  • | Serve hot.
