Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beaten Rice
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 200 gms - Jaggery
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • How to Make Beaten Rice Kheer:

    1. Dilute 1/2 litre of milk in 1/2 litre of water and cook the rice in it, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps.
    2. Scrape the jaggery and add along with cardamom powder.
    3. When the rice gets cooked, add the other 1/2 litre of milk and bring to boil.
