Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beaten rice
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 200 gms - jaggery
  • 1 litre - milk

How to Make Beaten Rice Kheer

  • Dilute 1/2 litre of milk in 1/2 litre of water and cook the rice in it, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps.
  • Scrape the jaggery and add along with cardamom powder.
  • When the rice gets cooked, add the other 1/2 litre of milk and bring to boil.
