Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef marrow bones
  • 4 to 6 cups - of water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped

How to Make Beef And Cabbage Soup

  • Boil all the above ingredients together in a suitable pot or pan on high heat for some time.
  • Lower heat and simmer till the meat is well cooked and the broth is thick and a good brown colour.
  • Serve with bread or buns.
