Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef, cut into cubes
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - Cooking oil
  • 2 - Medium onions, cut lengthwise
  • 3 - Medium green chillies, cut lengthwise
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander powder
  • 5 Cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch - Ginger, minced
  • Coriander leaves (Kothmeer), for garnish

How to Make Beef chilli Pepper Fry

  • Mix beef with chilli powder, turmeric powder along with salt and pressure cook.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions till brown in colour.
  • Add green chilli, coriander powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and saute well.
  • When a nice aroma comes, add the cooked beef.
  • Cook till the water evaporates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
