  • 200 gms - Beef
  • 2 - Medium Onions Mince Onions
  • 50 gms - Coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • 4 - Dry Red Chillies
  • 4 - Medium Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Aaamchur (sour Mango powder)
  • 2 - Medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • How to Make Beef Chilly Fry:

    1. Cut the beef in thin long strips, wash and keep aside.
    2. Mince the onions, and keep aside for frying.
    3. Chop the coriander leaves finely and keep aside.
    4. In a sauce pan, heat the ghee and put the whole green chillies (without the stems) and fry them till they change the colour to light green, remove and keep aside.
    5. In the same way, fry the whole dry red chillies, till they lose their colour, remove and keep aside.
    6. Fry the chopped onions in the frying pan, until brown.
    7. Add the garlic paste now and fry till the spluttering stops.
    8. Put the meat in the pan and stir fry for about 15 minutes, or until they are fully fired to your taste.
    9. Put chopped tomatoes, aamchur, garam masala and saute.
    10. When the meat is cooked, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and decorate it with the red and green fried chillies.
