  • 500 gm - beef
  • 3 dessert tbsps - sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup - coconut milk
  • 2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 desert spoon - vinegar
  • 2 desert spoon - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • Boiled water as required
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Beef Curry

  • Soak the garam masala in little water and make a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds. Then fry the sliced onion until well browned.
  • Add garam masala and stir until oil separates.
  • Place the meat pieces into it. Add boiling water, vinegar, salt and simmer till cooked.
  • Finally, add coconut milk and cook on low heat until the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot.
