Ingredients

  • 500 gm - Beef
  • 3 dessert tbsps - sliced Onions
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 desert spoon - Vinegar
  • 2 desert spoon - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • Boiled water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Beef Curry:

    1. Soak the garam masala in little water and make a smooth paste.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds. Then fry the sliced onion until well browned.
    3. Add garam masala and stir until oil separates.
    4. Place the meat pieces into it. Add boiling water, vinegar, salt and simmer till cooked.
    5. Finally, add coconut milk and cook on low heat until the gravy thickens.
    6. Serve hot.
