Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef steaks from the "Flank" portion
  • 4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - spice powder or Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar

How to Make Beef Flank Steak

  • Marinate the steaks with all the remaining ingredients and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Transfer to a suitable pan and cook on low heat till the steaks are tender.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Heat some butter or ghee on a flat pan and brown each steak separately for a few minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
