Wash and clean, Liver, cut into small bite size peices (about 1×1 inch size)
Crush Ginger and Garlic.
Take all ingredients in step 1, mix well, cook on medium flame for cover an cook for 40 mins. (If you prefer you can use a pressure cooker, for a max of 20 minutes, without weight/whistle on it, or a pan with tight fitting lid is enough.)
In another non stick pan heat Coconut Oil, add the finely chopped Shallots and sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add the cooked Beef Liver, Curry Leaves and Salt to taste and stir for another 10 minutes on low flame till to get a nice blackish colour.
Serve hot with home made Ghee sprinkled on brown Rice and Pappadam.
