Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef mince
  • 1 - Onion chopped finely
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic chopped
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped finely
  • 2 slices - bread soaked in water and squeezed dry
  • 3 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten separately
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil or Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander and mine leaves
  • How to Make Beef Mince Croquettes:

    1. Was the mince will and then cook it along with the chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, salt and a little water till nice and dry.
    2. Mix in the soaked bread slices, pepper, coriander leaves, 2 tsp breadcrumbs and 1 beaten egg and mix well.
    3. Form into long cigar shaped cutlets.
    4. Dip each croquette in the remaining beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
    5. Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry about 6 croquettes at a time, till nicely browned all over.
    6. Serve hot with wedges of lemon and onion rings.
