  • 1/2 kg- finely minced Beef
  • 1 tsp- chopped Ginger and Garlic
  • 1- medium-sized onion, chopped finely
  • 2 -green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp -pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A few Mint leaves chopped or 1/2 tsp -mint powder
  • 3 tbsp- oil
  • 1 -egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp- breadcrumbs
  • 3 -large Potatoes
  • How to Make Beef mince cutlets:

    1. Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash well and keep aside.
    2. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the mince, ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, pepper powder and salt to a little water and cook till the mince is dry.
    3. Remove from heat and cool for some time.
    4. Mix it well with the potatoes.
    5. Form into oval or round-shaped cutlets, and flatten and dip in the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
    6. Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets on low heat till golden brown on both sides.
