Marinate beef (cut into small cubes) along with ginger, garlic, curry leaves and half of masala powders for 1 hour. Boil beef cubes till tender in a pressure cooker. Allow the cooker to cool gradually.
Heat oil in a kadai, put mustard seed, add onion and curry leaves after the seeds start spluttering. Add the remaining masalas and fry.
Then add boiled beef and roast till dry.
Tastes good with rice.
