Ingredients

  • 1 kg - beef sirloin
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 6 tbsp - ghee
  • 4 - tomatoes
  • 4 - onions

How to Make Beef Steak Broiled

  • Cut the meat in to quarter-inch thick slices and wash.
  • In a frying pan, put ghee and fry the meat slices on either side.
  • Remove the fried pieces in a serving dish and sprinkle pepper powder and salt and serve hot with half fried onions and tomatoes.
