Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Beef sirloin
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • 4 - Tomatoes
  • 4 - Onions
  • How to Make Beef Steak Broiled:

    1. Cut the meat in to quarter-inch thick slices and wash.
    2. In a frying pan, put ghee and fry the meat slices on either side.
    3. Remove the fried pieces in a serving dish and sprinkle pepper powder and salt and serve hot with half fried onions and tomatoes.
