Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Beef
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 6 flakes - Garlic
  • 2 inch - Ginger
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 200 gms - Onions
  • 200 gms - Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make Beef Steak East Indian Style:

    1. Cut meat into slices and flatten on a grinding stone.
    2. Apply salt and pepper powder to the meat and fry till golden brown.
    3. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and fry the minced masala.
    4. Then add the meat and enough water and cook till tender.
    5. Cut potatoes into round slices and fry. Add this to the meat.
    6. Finally, add 2 tbsp of vinegar.
