  • 500 g - Beef strips (thinly sliced Beef)
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 2- Egg
  • 3 tbsp - flour
  • 3 tbsp - finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 big- finely chopped Onion
  • 4-5 -dried Red Chillies
  • 3-4 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • oil for deep frying Beef

How to Make Beef Strips Stir Fried with red chillies

  • Marinate the beef strips with salt, pepper powder and soy sauce for at least half an hour.
  • Beat the eggs along with flour and pour into the beef. Mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Drop the beef strips into hot oil in small batches, stirring in between. Fry till they turn crispy and brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  • Heat 2 tbsps oil in another pan. Add the garlic and onion and saute till they turn golden brown. Add the red chillies and toss for 30 seconds.
  • Add the fried beef strips and stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce, just enough to lightly coat the beef strips. Mix well and stir for a minute. Take off heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot.
