How to Make Beet root rasam

  • Microwave pepper and cumin for 1 min, then add beetroot, tomato, coriander and curry leaves.
  • Add some water, cook for 3 mins and allow it to cool. Grind in mixer.
  • Add 2 cups of water and salt.
  • Microwave on medium for 3 mins.
  • Add 1 tsp of ghee
