Ingredients

  • 1 - large tender Beetroot
  • 150 g - ripe black Grapes
  • 1 - apple, diced
  • 1/2 - lemon, juice extracted
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - dried Mint powder
  • 400 ml - chilled water

How to Make Beetroot-Black grape-Apple Combo

  • Peel and dice beetroot into big chunks.
  • Steam or microwave, to soften a bit.
  • Cool, by holding under running water.
  • Put beetroot, apple and grapes in an electric mixer.
  • Run to form a smooth paste.
  • Add lemon, sugar, salt and run again.
  • Add water and run, till mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Strain through a sieve and pour into individual glasses.
  • Sprinkle a little powdered pepper and mint.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
