Ingredients

  • 1- Beetroot
  • 1 - Onion (medium-size)
  • A few springs of Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • Oil for tempering
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • How to Make Beetroot onion Raita:

    1. Beat the curd.
    2. Add grated beetroot & chopped onions to it.
    3. Add salt & sugar to taste.
    4. Temper with mustard seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves roasted in oil.
    5. Serve with chapatti or jowar roti.
