Ingredients

  • 1 - Beetroot medium sized, grated
  • 2 - potatoes, medium sized, boiled
  • 1/2 cup - Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp - Green chilli paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Beetroot patties

  • Peel and mash the potatoes.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add bread crumbs to form a pliable dough.
  • Make small patties and deep fry.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
