Ingredients

  • 1 big beet root
  • 1 cup - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1/4 cup - mustard powder
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Mint (pudina) chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Beetroot Raita

  • Cut the beet root into 4-5 large pieces.
  • Partially boil with water.
  • Peel off the skin and grate finely.
  • Add the grated beet to the beaten curd.
  • Add all the remaining masalas.
  • Chill and serve.
