  • 1 cup - grated beet root
  • 1 tbsp-ghee
  • 1 litre-milk
  • 1/2 cup- sugar
  • 12-cashew pieces
  • 1 tsp -elaichi powder

How to Make Beetroot red halwa

  • Heat ghee on a pan, add grated beetroot and stir beetroot till it becomes soft.
  • Add boiled milk in beetroot mixture then cook it till it becomes thick.
  • Add sugar, elaichi powder, cashew pieces, cook till mixture becomes thick
  • Decorate with cashew.
