Ingredients

  • Bell peppers - 2
  • Sooji - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Besan - 3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp

How to Make Bell pepper Curry

  • Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
  • Mix other ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, jeera and ginger paste. Stir fry for a few seconds.
  • Add bell peppers. Saute.
  • When bell peppers are done, add salt, besan, sooji, chilli powder and lime juice.
  • Stir well.
  • Now sprinkle a little water and close the lid.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
