How to Make Besan Corn Vada

  • Coarse grind the corn kernel in the mixer and chop the chillies.
  • Now combine the besan, coconut powder, green chillies, jeera powder and salt with the ground corn.
  • Now mould the mix into desired shapes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry until brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
