  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 cup - pure ghee
  • 3/4 cup - sugar

How to Make Besan Halwa

  • Take ghee in a pan then add besan and fry for 4-5minutes.
  • Then add milk. Roast it till it gets brown. Heat water and sugar together.
  • Now, add this syrup in the pan and stir it till it leaves the pan's sides.
  • Halwa is ready to eat. You can garnish it with grated dry fruits.
