How to Make Besan ladoo with nuts

  • Sieve the besan in a fine sieve and keep it aside.
  • Cut small pieces of the cashew nuts and almonds.
  • Melt the ghee in a pan.
  • Add the besan and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out. Mix in elaichi powder. Add the cashew nuts and almonds.
  • Mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool for some time. At the end, add the powdered sugar and mix very well.
  • To mix this mixture, you can use the help of your hands.
  • Make small round balls in the shape of a walnut and keep it in air-tight containers.
