  • 4 cups - besan
  • 12-15 Cashewnuts
  • 12-15 Almonds
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 small tsp - white Cardamom powder
  • 2 cups - powdered Sugar
  • How to Make Besan ladoo with nuts:

    1. Sieve the besan in a fine sieve and keep it aside.
    2. Cut small pieces of the cashew nuts and almonds.
    3. Melt the ghee in a pan.
    4. Add the besan and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out. Mix in elaichi powder. Add the cashew nuts and almonds.
    5. Mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool for some time. At the end, add the powdered sugar and mix very well.
    6. To mix this mixture, you can use the help of your hands.
    7. Make small round balls in the shape of a walnut and keep it in air-tight containers.
