  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1 cup - besan
  • Grated 1 cup - coconut
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 cup - ghee

How to Make Besan Maida Burfi

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a heavy bottom pan on medium low flame.
  • Keep stirring for about 20-25 minutes till it leaves the sides of the pan
  • After a while, transfer the whole mixture, to a greased plate.
  • Make into squares when slightly warm and serve.
