  • 1 cup - gram flour (besan flour)
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 - cardamom, powdered
  • Cashews, as required (optional)

How to Make Besan Peda

  • Heat butter, let it melt and roast besan flour in that till it becomes light brown.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder. Pour milk and keep stirring for 5 mins.
  • Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for 10 mins.
  • Roll them into small pedas, press cashews on top.
