Ingredients

  • 2 cups - besan
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - finely cut Green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1-2 - Onions (optional)
  • 2 - finely cut Tomatoes
  • How to Make Besan Pudala:

    1. Take the besan in a vessel and add water to it. Make a thick batter.
    2. Add the red chilli powder, green finely cut chillies, salt, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves to the batter and mix it well.
    3. Take a frying pan and let it heat for some time. Once heated, pour the mixture on to it and spread it to a medium size like a dosa.
    4. Let it cook for some time on one side before flipping it on to the other. Cook both the sides till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot with ketchup, coriander chutney or any other chutneys or ketchups.
