  • 1.75 cups - flour (preferably enriched flour)
  • 3/4 cup - milk
  • 1/3 cup - salad oil/shortening
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 2.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Best Ever Muffins

  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
  • Make a well in the centre, combine egg, milk and salad oil.
  • Mix quickly, till the dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Grease a muffin pan and fill 2/3rd with the batter.
  • Bake at 200 degrees C for about 25 minutes.
