  • 22 small potatoes, boiled with skins
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 green chillies, ground to a paste
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - black salt powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bhaja aloo

  • Mix halved potatoes with the flour and all other ingredients (except oil) so that the mixture coats each piece.
  • Deep fry in hot oil taking care to separate each piece.
  • Drain and serve hot.
