Ingredients

  • 2 cups - paneer
  • 1.5 cup - milk powder
  • 1/2 cup - powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp - sweet yogurt
  • 1 tsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron

How to Make Bhapan Laddoo

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape each portion into laddoos.
  • Grease a plate with ghee and place these laddoos on it.
  • Place the plate in a pressure cooker and steam cook for about 12 to 15 mins over low heat.
  • Cool before serving.
