Ingredients

  • 12 - okras
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Pinch - turmeric powder.
  • Pinch - garam masala
  • 1/4 cup - oil

How to Make Bhareli Bhindi

  • Wash and wipe okra.
  • Slit okra vertically and do not cut.
  • Now mix gram flour, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and garam masala.
  • Add oil to this mixture, mix thoroughly and stuff the okra.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place the stuffed okra on it and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.
  • Serve.
