Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 3 tbsp - Potato straws
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 - medium sized Onions
  • ½ cup - Milk
  • 8 to 10 - Almonds
  • 1 tbsp - Raisins
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Bharoochi Akoori:

    1. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter.
    2. Add finely sliced onions till transparent.
    3. Meanwhile beat the eggs, milk and salt.
    4. Add this mixture to the onions, cook on a low flame, stirring till the eggs are scrambled.
    5. Now mix the potato straws, almonds and raisins.
    6. Remove from the gas.
    7. Serve with toasted slices of bread.
