How to Make Bharwaan bhindi

  • Wash, slit, deseed the bhindis and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee or oil and add jeera, saunf, mustard seeds and stir.
  • Add chopped onions and saute until they are translucent and glossy.
  • Add coriander, red chilli and turmeric powder.
  • Add tamarind pulp.
  • Add chopped coriander, salt and lemon juice and stir occasionally.
  • Remove and adjust the seasoning.
  • Fill this masala in the bhindi.
  • Heat ghee.
  • Put the bhindis in, cover and cook on a low heat till done.
