Ingredients

  • 10 - chopped bhendi
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • 2 - green peppers of medium heat
  • 1/2 inch- ginger, chopped
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • A pinch of Jeera and Mustard Seeds

How to Make Bhendi Curry

  • Make a paste of green pepper, ginger, and salt. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds and jeera. After a few seconds, add onions and bhendi, and keep fry till bhendi softens.
  • Add green pepper paste, ginger and salt, and fry for a few more minutes.
  • Serve hot.
