How to Make Bhetki Butter Fry

  • Cut the fillets into rectangular pieces (medium size). Wash the fillets and pat it dry
  • Mix all the ingredients of marination in a bowl
  • Rub the fish with the marination
  • Squeeze the lime juice in the marinated fillets and keep it for 4-5 hrs.
  • Heat the oil for frying in non stick kadai.
  • For batter, mix all the ingredients
  • Now take out one fillet, rub over the grated cheese and dip it in the egg cornflour batter
  • Deep fry it oil till golden brown.
  • Repeat for the fillets
  • Serve it hot.
