How to Make Bhindi in Dahi

  • Wash, wipe and cut bhindi into small pieces.
  • Grind the coconut, chillies, mustard seeds together to a paste.
  • Fry the cut bhindi.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, jaggery and coconut paste to the well fried bhindi.
  • Then add curds and mix well.
  • Heat this mixture for a while.
  • Serve with chapatti or rice.
