How to Make Bhindi Masala

  • Wash and wipe the ladies finger dry. Cut each one into 3 pieces.
  • Peel and slice the onions finely. Place in a microwave safe bowl and pour oil on top.
  • Cook without covering for 5-7 minutes, stirring twice .
  • Add ladies fingers and salt. Mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add chili, turmeric and garam masala powders.
  • Cook without covering till ladies fingers are cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Sprinkle garam masala on top and serve as side dish with steamed rice/ chapathi and dal.
